The fourth month of the year proves to be very prolific in the musical field. Artists welcome spring with new material, both singles and albums, thus heralding an April 2021 full of so much new music. So let’s see the new songs coming out in April 2021.
As well as the different streaming platforms ( Netflix, Prime Video, Disney + and Sky ), April will also be full of new releases in the world of music. Below, then, all the new music and new songs coming out in April 2021 for each day of the month.
Demi Lovato, Dancing with the Devil
The Art of Starting Over (Island Records): seventh studio album for the former Disney starlet. A period of inactivity follows after being hospitalized for an overdose in 2018. It was accompanied by an original docuseries for YouTube entitled.

Dancing With The Devil, which testifies to the path of recovery and personal discovery. It is preceded by three singles: Anyone, What Other People Say with Sam Fischer and Dancing with the Devil. Lityo
As long as there is the wind (Distro Kid): second single by the Umbrian singer-songwriter. The song was born during the 2020 lockdown from a guitar riff on the Fender Stratocaster, the lyrics only came later. The author interprets it as a hymn to freedom and to overcome one’s fears. The official video clip also comes out on the same day.
Taylor Swift, Fearless
Remastered version of her second studio album in 2008. The re-recording project of her old albums continues after Scooter Braun bought the Big Machine Label Group. Taylor Swift motivated this choice by saying that artists should own their works for several reasons and above all because it is the artist himself who knows his work thoroughly.
Max Gazzè
The mathematics of the branches ( Universal Music Group ): the new album also featuring the single presented in Sanremo 2021, The pharmacist. The artist himself stated that each track on the album is a story. The album will see the collaboration of the Magical Mystery Band, well-known musicians in the national music scene who have collaborated several times with Gazzè.
Achille Lauro
Lauro: a new album after the great success in Sanremo 2021. The news is not much, except that he has named it “last album” causing panic in his fans. A few days ago he released the official videoclip of the first single, Marilù.
Jethro Tull
For the album’s 40th anniversary, the band releases a new 3 CD and 3 DVD set. Five unreleased tracks from the recording sessions have been added to the original album. There will also be a live concert of the band at the LA Sports Arena in November 1980.
Greta Van Fleet
The Battle at Garden’s Gate (Lava / Republic): second studio album for the now famous American band. With this record they are supposed to show an evolution of their sound to break away from the similarity with Led Zeppelin that many critics have found in them. Despite the blatant biblical reference, the album will talk about ancient civilizations, parallel universes, human experience and how religion and war have influenced it.
Norah Jones
Til we meet again (Blue Note): first live album for the 9 Grammy Award-winning singer. The disc collects the best performances of her concerts between 2017 and 2019. The 14 songs retrace the singer’s entire career and also includes the performance of Soundgarden ‘s Black Hole Sun as a tribute to Chris Cornell after his death.
Peter Frampton
Frampton Forgets The Words (Universal Music Enterprises): album of instrumental covers of some of Peter Frampton’s favorite songs. There will be 10 tracks that the artist wanted to interpret only through the guitar, treating it as a voice. Among the artists who will appear are David Bowie, George Harrison, Stevie Wonder and Lennie Kravitz.
Motörhead
Louder Than Noise Live In Berlin (Silver Lining Music): The 2012 concert album will be available on CD with bonus DVD, double vinyl and limited edition box. There will then be the moments most loved by fans, who will once again be able to sing the great hits of the band.
Ultimo
Buongiorno Vita (Ultimo Records): third single, after September 22nd and 7 + 3, which heralds the release of the new album in the works. The release was announced through a post on his social channels, where he had also confirmed the commitment to work on his fourth album.
Pet Shop Boys
Discovery (Parlophone): The Live in Rio of 1994 on two CDs and a DVD. At the time, keyboardist Chris Lowe stated that the band was much freer on that tour, much more rock ‘n’ roll and willing to express themselves. The performance was filmed by Brazilian director Roberto Berliner and the box set contains a booklet with photographs, interviews and a tour diary written by Neil Tennant.
Pink Floyd
Live at Knebworth 1990 (VIDOL): the unpacking of The Later Years 1987-2019 box continues, but in this case it will be released only as single CD, double LP and on all digital platforms. It is the first time that this performance has appeared as a standalone album and is certainly a highly anticipated release by the band’s fans.
